Responsibilities :

• Lead the creation and management of proposals, qualifications, and award submissions to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Conduct interviews with team members to craft customized and targeted content for marketing materials.
• Facilitate strategy sessions to drive a focused and effective pursuit process.
• Develop external and internal materials that emphasize key features, benefits, and audience-specific messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to address day-to-day challenges and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Perform in-depth research to support local strategic plans and business pursuits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in all marketing efforts.
• Proven experience in managing and producing high-quality proposals and RFP documents.
• Strong ability to develop compelling, audience-focused content for various marketing materials.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills to gather and synthesize information from team members.
• Demonstrated expertise in facilitating strategy sessions and collaborative meetings.
• Proficiency in conducting market research to inform strategic marketing decisions.
