Executive Director of Operations

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Division Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Drive day-to-day internal operations, overseeing business processes and streamlining workflows

Partner with leadership to design and implement strategic initiatives and manage program execution

Guide the development of new initiatives and foster a culture of innovation within the division

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

15+ years of experience in operations or consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Proven ability to think strategically and translate operational challenges into actionable programs

Collaborative leadership skills to inspire and build trust with teams across a matrixed environment

Highly organized and results-driven, comfortable with managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting
