Manager of HPC Solution Architect (Dallas)

One of the fastest-growing companies in high performance compute is building a new Solutions Architecture group. And they are looking for a Manager who can help define what next-generation compute looks like.

As the Manager of HPC Solutions Architecture, you will lead a team of specialists across compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, security, and systems integration. Your team works directly with customers to design secure, scalable, high-performance solutions tailored to their workloads.

Youll guide the full customer lifecycle, from early discovery and architecture design to proofs-of-concept, deployment, and ongoing optimization. Your work ensures customers see real value and can scale as their needs grow.

Youll also act as a strategic advisor, building strong customer relationships and aligning solutions to technical and business goals. Internally, youll partner with product and engineering to turn field insights into reference architectures, reusable patterns, and platform improvements.

Responsibilities :

• Develop a team of Solutions Architects across compute, storage, Kubernetes, networking, security, and systems integration
• Act as the link between customers, your team, and engineering.
• Oversee the creation of reference architectures and design blueprints to ensure repeatable, scalable solutions.
• Guide POC initiatives, validating solution performance and accelerating customer confidence in adoption.
• Recommend strategic design choices across compute, storage, networking, data pipelines, and security for customer-specific workloads.
• Encourage prototyping of new architectural approaches for emerging HPC and AI / ML workloads
• Ensure the team maintains high-quality documentation, reusable patterns, and best practices for consistent delivery.
