Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Flexographic Press Operator located in Grandview, MO. The Flexographic Press Operator will be responsible for operating flexographic printing machines, ensuring the production of high-quality printed materials. Daily tasks include machine setup, troubleshooting, quality control inspections, and maintaining equipment for optimal performance. The operator will also collaborate with the pre-press team to ensure seamless transitions in the production process.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Machine Operation and hands-on experience with running and maintaining flexographic printing equipment

Proficiency in Quality Control processes to ensure high standards in printed materials

Knowledge and experience in Printing operations and Pre-press setup

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently

Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to follow safety protocols

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical training or certifications in printing technology is a plus

Experience working in a printing or manufacturing environment is preferred

Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
