The Person we would like to have join our firm will have / be

• Minimum a BA in Architecture
• 3+ years post graduate experience and experience in either a Job Captain or Junior Project Manager role
• The ability to work with other assigned team members toward the successful and profitable completion of all aspects of concurrent client projects
• Passion for managing clients and all aspects of their projects to all-around successful completion
• Detail and goal oriented
• Well organized
• Working knowledge of Hawai'i building code and the tools of our profession including Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, InDesign, MS Office, etc.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• A strong desire to advance their career to a higher level
