Position : Independent Contractor – House & Office Cleaner

Location : Solano County, Napa County, Contra Costa

Schedule : Flexible – weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or project-based jobs

Compensation : Competitive pay based on experience, typically $25–$30 per hour depending on project type and scope. Several bonus structures exist and share during our hiring and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Provide residential and / or commercial cleaning services to Maids4Cleaning clients
• Perform standard, deep, and move-in / move-out cleans with consistency and attention to detail
• Use personal equipment and supplies (eco-friendly products encouraged)
• Maintain a professional, respectful demeanor with clients and team members
• Ensure high-quality service that meets Maids4Cleaning’s standards on all assigned jobs!

Requirements

• 5 years of professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial)
• Must carry active general liability (GL) insurance to protect yourself (Maids4Cleaning’s company insurance covers client damages but does not cover contractor injuries, property, or equipment)
• If you don’t currently have GL insurance, you must be willing to obtain it before contracting with us (cleaners pay approximately $18-$40 / monthly for GL insurance)
• Must be willing to undergo a background check prior to contracting
• Strong work ethic, reliability, professionalism, clear communication is a must!
• Maintain your own stockpile of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a driver's license and access to a reliable transportation
