Are you currently a Leasing Professional, looking for a company that offers growth? If so, Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is looking for our next Part-Time Portfolio   Leasing Professional  to join our AMAZING team of Hudson Grovers at Delo Apartments, in Louisville, CO!

This position supports the creation of sincere and genuine connections while helping our Denver Area communities!

Leasing on Saturdays is required, however, we can offer some flexibility during the regular week.

This position will be approximately 20 hours per week.

• You can instantly build rapport and make a difference in someone’s life in just one interaction.
• Acting as the first line of response to our residents, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging tone and focus on finding the right solution to fit their housing needs.
• Additionally, you will work with the Property Manager to resolve resident concerns, assist in preparing marketing reports, and maintain resident files.
