A company is looking for a Senior Reporting and Data Analyst in Operations and Innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide insights on the student journey and analyze data to identify trends
Create automated dashboards using Power BI and present findings to management
Execute ad-hoc reporting requirements and optimize SQL queries for data analysis
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in data reporting and analysis
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with CRM, Telephony, and Workforce Management systems
Proficiency in Power BI DAX programming and SQL
Knowledge of R or Python is strongly preferred
