Packaging Operator

Start immediately, $19-21 / HOUR (depending on shift), weekly pay

Inspect, label, and package raw and finished products. Maintain records according to Good Manufacturing Practices. Operate production line effectively and maintain change parts and tooling. Assist in setup of automated equipment in packaging areas. Monitor production lines for performance and address operational issues. Perform housekeeping cleans on finishing lines. Execute quality tasks during production runs, including parameter checks and sample pulling. Identify product defects and troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Maintain knowledge of Vision System. Sustain 5S of parts and tooling across the production floor. Communicate safety, quality, technical, and operational issues promptly.

Pay & Shift :

• 1st shift Monday to Friday 6.30AM to 3PM - $19.0 / hr
• 2nd shift Monday to Friday 2.30 PM to 11PM - $20.41$ / hr
• 3rd shift Sunday to Thursday 10.30PM to 7AM -$21.48$ / hr

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NORTH CHICAGO, IL.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $19.53 - $21.48 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
