Sayres, a prominent leader in defense support services to the DOD in the shipbuilding industry, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Asset Management Analyst with Secret Clearance in Washington, DC . ( Eligible for Remote support with travel as needed)

This position is Part time Temporary with anticipated schedule 1 / 1 / 2026 to 7 / 31 / 2026 approximately 25-32 hours a week. Date may be subject to change.

The Senior Asset Management Analyst provides senior-level analytical, programmatic, and lifecycle sustainment support to NAVSEA and Marine Corps Installations Command MCICOM leadership for fleet platforms and associated systems. This role is responsible for integrating program management, fleet readiness analysis, lifecycle planning, sustainment strategy, and POM development into a cohesive, executable lifecycle framework. The Analyst serves as a key advisor to government leadership, ensuring lifecycle decisions are data-driven, fiscally sound, and aligned with operational priorities and long-term modernization objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Stakeholder Management

• Provide day-to-day program execution, schedule management, risk tracking, and performance reporting across lifecycle efforts.
• Support coordination across NAVSEA, MCICOM, warfare centers, engineering, logistics, finance, contracting, and operational stakeholders.
• Support Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities, working groups, and governance forums.
• Develop and deliver executive-level briefings to senior leadership, translating complex technical and financial data into actionable decision support.
