What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do :

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team and serves as a key point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal departments. This role helps drive group, corporate, and event business by coordinating communication, managing proposals and contracts, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the Sales Team in the preparation of proposals, contracts, BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), and presentations.
• Respond to group and event inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and update client databases, sales systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera, Salesforce), and sales reports.
• Coordinate and schedule site inspections, client meetings, and internal planning sessions.
• Assist with the execution of sales events, trade shows, and hotel promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the Catering, Food & Beverage, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Process and track deposits, contracts, and billing in accordance with hotel policies.
• Handle correspondence, create welcome amenities, and support VIP client touches.
• Maintain collateral materials, sales kits, and promotional supplies.

Qualifications :

Compensation : $24.00 - $26.00
