Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming payments via ACH and credit card
- Perform account reconciliations
- Support month-end close activities related to AR
- Manage collections : follow up on overdue accounts, resolve disputes, maintain accurate records
- Serve as backup to the receptionist
- Direct incoming calls and inquiries
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
