Supervise evaluate and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements
Ensure safety quality and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work verifying lines are running safely smoothly and producing quality parts
Drive to exceed personal team Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership
Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members union and management teams

Qualifications
Youll have...
High School Diploma or GED
1 years of supervisory and / or manufacturing experience
Working knowledge in Microsoft : Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to work rotating shifts and hours including nights and weekends

Bachelors Degree
Safety and quality experience
Six Sigma : Black or Green Belt certified
Knowledge of constraint management principles
Prior experience managing a unionized workforce
