Role Description

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls; take accurate messages when needed.
  • Manage incoming / outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a neat, organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Provide administrative support to agents, coordinators, auctioneers, and management.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating office activities.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Support various office functions and special projects as needed.

    • Qualifications

  • Friendly and service-oriented personality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment.
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new software and apps.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Previous office, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

    Starting at $18 per hour

    Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

    Paid time off and holidays
