Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives selling DaaS across the US
Drive pipeline generation, deal quality, and consistent execution across the team
Recruit, hire, and onboard top-tier AE talent
Required Qualifications
8-10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, with 5-7+ years in frontline sales leadership
Proven track record of leading teams that consistently exceed targets
Experience selling complex, technical solutions (AI / ML, data infrastructure, or technical services)
Strong ability to coach reps on multi-threaded, consultative sales motions
Experience operating in competitive, fast-evolving markets
