• What You'll Do
• Install commercial and multi-family HVAC systems
• Complete full duct system installs, modifications, and replacements
• Diagnose installation issues and provide effective solutions
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Follow all codes, safety standards, and company procedures
• What We're Looking For
• 3–5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Oregon Journeyman HVAC license (or equivalent experience)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics / crawl spaces
• EPA Certification preferred
