Join our Corporate Finance team and play a key role in driving growth. In this role, you’ll support strategic marketing initiatives, build referral relationships, and engage directly with prospective clients. This role offers exposure to high-level deal activity and collaboration with senior professionals.

What You’ll Do :

  • Develop and manage referral partner relationships (CPAs, attorneys, etc.)
  • Coordinate outreach to prospective clients and prepare introductory materials
  • Assist with client onboarding, due diligence, and marketing collateral
  • Track projects, maintain CRM data, and prepare reports
  • Support client presentations, proposals, and engagement letters
  • Help plan conferences and events

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience in business development within professional services (investment banking, accounting, law, wealth management)
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or marketing (3.5+ GPA preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Professional presence and ability to handle confidential information
  • Willingness to work hard and adapt during peak periods
