Forvia Hella is seeking its next great Project Manager to join our team. The primary function of this role is to take ownership of design / development activities for our next generation energy (traditional and EV) products. This key individual will serve as a key communication point and drive deliverables. Daily responsibilities include providing project management duties for current and in process energy management based global automotive products, managing all elements of the program development including budget, timelines, risk, delivery, and communication, monitoring and guiding all project teams including planning, tracking, and achieving project, quality, timing, and commercial targets.

Planning, coordinating, and steering work packages and milestones within a project team using prescribed methods and systems. Ensuring sustained achievement of project targets and adopting project scope through continuous monitoring of new requirements and changed circumstances. Coordinating and executing (engineering) change management in international project setups.

Your qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management or similar, 3+ years experience guiding and managing complex international automotive programs, deep knowledge and prior experience participating in body control programs, ability to communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders in a diverse international environment, proven ability to deliver programs on time and within budget, and experience watching over change management functions.
