18 Wheels USA is seeking experienced, safety-focused Solo OTR Class A CDL Truck Drivers for our 21-Day Mileage Fleet. This is a stable, high-earning W2 position for drivers looking for consistent miles and significant home time. Run for 21 days and then enjoy a full 7 days off at home or 18 days out and 5 days at home. Key ResponsibilitiesProfessionally operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety protocols.Haul 100% no-touch, full truckload dry van freight across our primary running area. Manage your schedule efficiently over a 21-day period to maximize miles and ensure on-time deliveries.Maintain accurate logs and submit paperwork easily via smartphone apps. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your assigned equipment.Driver QualificationsMust-Haves : Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A).A minimum of 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience. A stable and safe driving history with no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years. No preventable DOT-reportable accidents in the past 3 years. No DWIs in the past 7 years. Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and Human Performance Evaluation.
