SAP BW/BI Engineer

Description

We are searching for a skilled SAP BW/BI Engineer . The ideal candidate will handle the design and upkeep of both standard and customized BW4HANA solutions, turning requirements into effective designs according to SAP's best practices.
This position involves working closely with customers, Business Analysts and team members to understand business needs and create top-notch technical solutions that fit well with business and IT strategies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the current BW landscape and architecture
• Collaborate with the functional team to collect and analyze data architecture specifications
• Develop, enhance and support both custom and built-in data extractors
• Provide regular support and maintenance for the BW4HANA and BOBJ systems
• Monitor and troubleshoot data load issues in process chains
• Assist with system maintenance tasks, including upgrades and migrations
• Handle data load requests and support closing processes at the end of month, quarter and year
• Develop BW4HANA Native solutions in small and large projects
• Work closely with project Business Analysts and functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business and data needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP BW development and maintenance
• Proficiency in SAP BW4HANA and SAP C/4HANA
• Ability to handle data load requests and support month/quarter/year-end processes
• Familiarity with BW4HANA Native solutions and HANA views/CDS views
• Track record in SAP FSRI, FSCD, GL, BP and extracting data from various sources
• Knowledge of BOBJ Web, Webl and Analysis for Office
• Familiarity with S4HANA
• Strong understanding of SAP Universe development
• B2+ English level, both verbal and written
