Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Flexologists to join our team. Flexologists deliver individualized assisted stretch sessions build strong client relationships and support an exceptional studio experience. This role is ideal for fitness and wellness professionals who enjoy helping others reach their health goals.

Responsibilities

Provide 25- and 50-minute one-on-one assisted stretch sessions

Educate clients on stretching mobility and recovery

Deliver an engaging and professional client experience

Maintain a clean safe and organized studio environment

Support member retention and studio sales goals

Participate in team meetings trainings and occasional events

Qualifications

Background in fitness bodywork movement or wellness (such as exercise science Kinesiology physical therapy massage personal training yoga Pilates dance or athletics)

Certification Required (Personal Trainer Group Fitness Yoga Pilates Massage Therapy or similar ) OR Bachelors Degree in relevant field

Strong communication and customer service skills

Positive professional team-oriented attitude

Comfortable working one-on-one with clients
