Mountain Brook Gymnastics is looking for a part-time Preschool, Rec, and Team coach to begin ASAP.

Qualifications:
  • Gymnastics experience (especially if you have previously coached) is preferred, but we will train the right candidates! :) So no experience, no problem!
  • Applicants must be high energy, active, dependable, FUN, organized, patient, and enjoy working with children of all ages.
  • This job is hands-on, and you must be/become comfortable around children, including spotting as well as speaking with parents occasionally.

In the summer, we are open from 7:45 am until around 4:30/5 pm each day. For the school year (mid-August- mid-May), our hours switch to 8:45- until around 7 or 8 pm M-Th and 6 pm on Fridays Aug-May. We do allow schedules to be tweaked as we move into new semesters throughout the year to coincide with those in school/other jobs and can work with almost any type of availability. We have Birthday Parties and Clinics on Saturdays and Sundays as well that staff may sign up for weekly if interested in additional hours. Pay is dependent upon gymnastics experience, experience working with children/coaching, and education.

Requirements:
  • Please note that all employees will be randomly drug tested as well as have a background check.
