Franbassador is in search of a skilled Franchise Development Manager to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with inbound prospects, leveraging your exceptional communication skills, business acumen, and emotional intelligence to guide them through the Franbassador sales process.
As a key player, you will think like an entrepreneur, serving as a business coach and fostering relationships with franchisor representatives from each brand. Responsibilities Prospect Engagement:
Effectively communicate the value propositions and business benefits to potential franchisees from INBOUND leads only.
No outbound required.
Guide prospects through the Franbassador sales process managing emotions around significant life changing decisions. Entrepreneurial Thinking:
Approach the role with an entrepreneurial mindset, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities faced by potential franchise partners. Tailor strategies to align with the goals and aspirations of individual prospects.
Business Coaching:
Service as a business coach providing insights and guidance to prospects on how they can accomplish their goals through franchise ownership. Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with franchise brand reps in the Franbassador inventory ensuring a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.
Collaborate closely with the Brand Success Manager to faciliate a seamless onboarding process for new franchise brands. Success Metrics Monitoring:
Utilizing technology tools, monitor lead behavior and make suggestions and adjustments to nurturing systems as necessary. Lead Nurturing: Nurture leads by maintaining regular communication and providing relevant information. Qualify prospects based on their needs and suitability for the Franbassador network, leading them to a successful close. Pay Wages earned come from the performance of the team as a whole including your position.
We do not pay a salary at this time. Pay:
$72,000-$160,000 Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (not a must). Proven success in franchise development with a record of achieving sales targets. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effective development strategies. Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts and build relationships. Adaptability to changes in the franchise market. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Thrive in a goal-oriented, accountability-focused environment. Articulate franchise opportunities and understand financial statements, Franchise Disclosure Documents, and business metrics. Collaborate well as a team player, supporting and mentoring colleagues. Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills. Possess proficiency in CRM and territory mapping software. Excel in a sales-driven environment with a proven track record of influencing decision-makers. Find motivation in positively impacting lives and guiding clients to a brighter future.
