A thriving privately owned dental office seeking a talented and experienced  Lead Dentist  to join their dedicated team. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a supportive, patient-focused environment with a clear path to future partnership.

Qualifications :

  • Deliver comprehensive general dentistry with a focus on quality and patient satisfaction
  • See a steady flow of loyal patients with 15–20 new patients per month
  • Comfortable performing restorative, crown & bridge, root canals, and extractions
  • Growth opportunity in Invisalign and orthodontics
  • Lead a team of experienced assistants and hygienists

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Earning Potential : $250,000–$300,000+ annually
  • Benefits Package : Includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k)
  • Continuing Education : Annual CE stipend
  • Schedule : Full-time 4 days / week

    • Ideal Candidate :

  • DDS / DMD licensed to practice in New York
  • 3–5 years of experience preferred, GPR or AEGD completion a plus
  • Passionate about patient care and team leadership
