Your role as a Director of Client Services

As the Director of Client Services at Perdue Brandon, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of innovative marketing strategies for our expanding collections business. Under the guidance of firm management, you will collaborate closely with law firm leaders to enhance client relations and marketing efforts aimed at both new and existing clients. Your responsibilities will encompass the marketing of new clients, nurturing ongoing client relationships, and overseeing the client collection program. You will handle client inquiries effectively, provide comprehensive reports, and schedule meetings to discuss the intricacies of client collection contracts. This multifaceted position offers a unique opportunity to combine your sales expertise with a strong focus on client satisfaction and strategic growth within a vibrant legal environment.
