Creator Partnerships Manager

A company is looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager (Internal Partnerships).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all internal creator relationships, ensuring strong communication and performance

Monitor daily creator deliverables and performance metrics

Approve and onboard new creator partnerships while maintaining a high-performing creator roster

Required Qualifications

2-4+ years of experience in creator management, influencer partnerships, or social commerce

Familiarity with TikTok creator ecosystems or UGC workflows

Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Organized and comfortable working with reporting tools

High ownership mindset, proactive and solutions-driven
