Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Assistant/Intern Teacher at CLA/VPA youll have the opportunity to:

• Co-Teach and Lead Small Group Instruction: Assist with teaching and classroom lessons while providing targeted support to individual students at either CLA (PK5) or VPA (612)
• Prepare Instructional Materials: Help with the preparation and distribution of lesson materials assignments and resources
• Support Classroom Management: Assist with grading behavior management and overall classroom supervision
• Help with School Routines: Support daily school routines such as arrival dismissal lunch and recess
• Collaborate with Educators: Work closely with teachers administrators and other staff members to reinforce a positive engaging learning environment

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree(in any field)
• Willingness to Apply for and Maintain a Colorado Substitute License
• Ability to pass abackground check
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required
