Retail Merchandiser {TN, Cleveland}TN, Chattanooga

Five Star Food Service is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Retail Route Driver In Training in TN, Cleveland. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to various retail locations in the assigned route.

Key Responsibilities :

Learn and understand the delivery routes and schedules

Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle

Deliver products to retail locations in a timely manner

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while driving and delivering products

Assist with stocking and merchandising products at retail locations

Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or issues

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physical tasks

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Flexible schedule and willingness to work early mornings or late evenings

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Working Conditions :

This position requires frequent driving and delivery of products

Must be able to work in various weather conditions

May require occasional lifting and carrying of heavy objects
