A company is looking for a Senior Partner Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage partner operations for key embedded partnerships, ensuring objectives and contract obligations are met
Lead operations initiatives aligned with strategic business goals, including partner onboarding and support programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and implement best practices for partner implementation and support
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10+ years relevant work experience or 6+ years with an advanced degree
Deep operations experience in fintech / payments preferred
Strong contract management and negotiation capabilities
Experience with compliance, risk, and partner expectations
High proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
