Closer (Work From Home)

Job description:

• Provide escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, and refinance.
• Facilitate real estate transactions by delivering a high level of customer service and proactive communication to both internal and external customers throughout the closing process.
• Manage the entire real estate closing process, ensuring compliance with real estate contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, company requirements, and other written instructions.
• Understand how your team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives.
• Impact the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of the team through your own work.
• Recognize and solve atypical problems that occur infrequently.
• Evaluate and select solutions from existing precedents or procedures.
• Communicate and explain complex information, including interdependencies within the team and others.
• Work under limited supervision and may use discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency.
• Act as a resource for less experienced team members.

Qualifications:

• Experience in escrow services for residential and commercial transactions.
• Strong understanding of real estate contracts and closing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills with the capability to address unusual issues.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
