Role Overview : Scheduling Manager – Mission Critical

As a Scheduling Manager, you’ll support programmatic and large-scale data center projects nationwide. You’ll develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules from early concept through commissioning, helping guide teams in making data-driven decisions.

This is a highly visible role with direct interface to executives, clients, and regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop full project lifecycle schedules (precon → closeout) for mission-critical projects.
  • Lead schedule reviews, risk analysis, and forecasting for traveling project teams.
  • Collaborate with PMs, Supers, trade partners, engineers, and executives to ensure accurate sequencing.
  • Evaluate subcontractor schedules for accuracy, logic, and alignment with the master schedule.
  • Identify constraints or delays early and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare schedule narratives, progress updates, and executive-level reporting.
  • Support scheduling standards, templates, and best practices across regions.
  • Travel to active project sites nationwide to support on-the-ground teams.

Qualifications

  • 7–15+ years of construction scheduling experience.
  • Strong background with large commercial, industrial, or mission critical / data center projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6; experience with risk analysis tools a plus.
  • Ability to influence teams, drive accountability, and communicate complex info clearly.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for project needs.
  • Understanding of MEP-heavy, fast-track construction is highly preferred.
