A company is looking for a Collections Associate Remote (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers via inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to ensure compliance and retention
Follow up on payment plans, promise to pays, and settlements in a timely manner
Organize and prioritize daily work to meet department goals and deadlines
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales
Associate degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Availability to work specified hours, including Monday and Friday AM and Tuesday - Thursday PM
