Are you someone who loves connecting with others, sharing stories, or bringing a little sunshine into someone’s day? Healing Care Hospice is looking for Direct Patient Volunteers, and we’d love to have YOU be part of our team!

As a Direct Patient Volunteer, you’ll be a friendly face and a comforting presence for our patients and their families. Whether you’re offering emotional support, sharing a laugh, or simply keeping someone company, you’ll be making a meaningful difference every visit.

✨ What you might do as a volunteer:

• Chat, laugh, or simply sit with a patient
• Read aloud, color together, write down their story
• Listen to music—or even play it if that’s your jam!
• Share your own creative talents
• Provide short-term relief for caretakers
• And most importantly… help brighten someone’s day

No experience? No problem! We provide full training, and we welcome volunteers with all kinds of talents, interests, and backgrounds.

📍 Where you can serve:

Homes, Assisted Living, Board and Care and Skilled Nursing Facilities

Los Angeles • Orange County • Simi Valley

⏱️ Your commitment:

At least 2 hours a month for 6 months—with flexible scheduling to fit your life. If you can do more, the impact is greater!
