The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help us build the next-gen AI-powered platform for revenue optimization. You’ll work across the stack, from building our core deal pricing product to helping customers optimize their revenue strategies using data-driven insights. We’re a small team, so there will be plenty of opportunities to fully own high-impact products.

What are the kind of things you’ll do

  • Develop key features for deal pricing and packaging recommendations, blending machine learning with rule-based engines to optimize pricing.
  • Develop highly customizable workflow engine for Sales / Finance organizations to support the needs of our customer’s diverse needs.
  • Be in close touch with our customers, understanding their pain points and building simple but powerful solutions. You will own vertical and horizontal product / infra categories end to end.
  • Incorporating and Improving AI Agents into the various workflows. Learn and build along side seasoned AI builders to blend AI Agents with classic software stack.
  • Spearhead infrastructure and tooling for admin users, enabling customization through natural language and LLMs (cutting customer onboarding time by 10x).
  • Contribute to the future product roadmap and vision, laying the groundwork for sales optimization solutions beyond pricing.
  • Own an entire product or product feature suite, from design to implementation, and continue to innovate.

What excites us :

5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus in Backend Development .

  • Proficiency in Distributed Systems , Scaling Databases , TypeScript , and SQL (PostgreSQL or similar).
  • Proven ability to build and launch scalable, reliable software products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with complex systems and high-impact features, ideally in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience with multiple database technologies that power Search, Analytical queries is a plus.
  • Experience with building AI Agents, evaluation models, RAG systems and productionization of AI systems is a big plus.
