Senior Technical Program Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to oversee AI-enablement programs and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee execution of complex AI-enablement and tooling programs while collaborating with senior stakeholders

Integrate AI into various workflows by defining plans, engaging executives, and establishing success metrics

Synthesize technical and business challenges into clear strategies and actionable plans that drive customer value

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience managing complex programs in high-scale technology companies

Experience collaborating with UX design, UX research, content, product, operations, and engineering teams

Proven ability to integrate AI into workflows or decision-making processes

Strong track record of coordinating cross-functional technical programs that deliver measurable impact

Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, or similar) is preferred
