CohenTaylor is conducting a retained executive search for the Director of Finance of Fred C. & Katherine B. Andersen Foundation.

The Fred C. & Katherine B. Andersen Foundation was established in 1959 on the core value that charitable grantmaking advances and builds thriving communities. Building on a 65-year history, the Foundation is in a time of growth as it builds infrastructure and capabilities to effectively support its mission and communities served.

As the Director of Finance, you will have the opportunity to guide the Foundation to modernize systems, strengthen financial stewardship, and partner closely with leadership to support thoughtful growth and long-standing community impact.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative and strategic financial leader who brings solid financial skills, sound judgment, and a steady, values-driven approach.

• Salary Range : $150,000 $180,000
• Location : Bayport, MN
• Work Model : Hybrid in office three days a week.
