Qualifications :

Level of Formal Education : Bachelors Degree preferred

Area of Study : Communications Human Resources or Psychology preferred

Years of Experience : 3 years

Type of Experience : Full cycle recruiting experience and one year in a corporate environment healthcare hospitality or seniors housing preferred.

Language Skills : Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak read write and communicate with all others.

Technical Competencies : Strong in Microsoft Office and experience in Applicant Tracking System

Skills and Ability :

• Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment sometimes under pressure remaining flexible proactive resourceful and efficient.
• Exemplify professional and ethical behaviors.
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills strong decision-making ability and attention to detail and confidentiality are equally important.

Information Systems : ATS platforms iCIMS preferred onboarding recruiting and human resource information systems.

Personal Attributes :

• Ability to prioritize and organize assignments to meet deadlines with exceptional accountability and follow up.
• Ability to effectively work independently and with others to support strong team development.
