Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end production and operations for various events, coordinating with cross-functional partners

Oversee vendor performance and manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle

Build and manage organizational systems for event logistics, ensuring efficient processes and documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

3-5+ years of experience in event management or large-scale project management

Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders

Strong understanding of event logistics and production
