East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) is seeking for (3) regular full time Maintenance Assistant i n the Property Management department.

Summary :

Under the direction of the Property Manager, responsible for skilled maintenance and janitorial tasks to uphold the condition, safety, and curb appeal of rental units, common areas, and grounds. Assists in implementing a preventive maintenance program to minimize emergencies and maintain site quality.

Salary Range :

$38,000 – $42,000 annually.
