Assignments average 3.92 hours per day, 5 days per week, 10 months per year. Hours for these positions are between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesdays.This recruitment will be used to fill substitute and regular assignments. BASIC FUNCTION:Under the direction of the Administrative Director II, Early Childhood Education, implement approved academic and enrichment class activities for Extended Day Programs; provide a safe and nurturing environment for student achievement; perform a variety of clerical support duties related to classroom activities; collect, maintain and input attendance data into assigned school program database. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and two years working with children in an organized setting. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Valid First Aid certificate required within six months of employment.
