Full Charge Bookkeeper Part Time/FT

• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, including preparation of monthly invoices and maintaining client and vendor records.


• Payroll, Payroll taxes


• Month-end reconciliation; review for accuracy and prepare monthly financial reports and journal entries


• General Ledger maintenance


• Maintain company contracts, vendor, and other accounting files


• Will report directly to the President of the company.


• Assist the President with any needs regarding scheduling, meetings, organization, direction, and communication with the staff of the company.


• Assist the President with any personal management needs.

• Extensive knowledge of generally accepted Accounting Principals


• Proficient in Quickbooks Accounting Software


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel


• Highly organized and detail oriented


• Strong verbal and written communication and strong customer service orientation-Ability to work with minimal supervision

• 2-4 years of small business experience


• Human Resources and/or Payroll experienceWe are a growing Commercial Cleaning organization located in Romeoville, IL. We are currently seeking an individual who is Honest, organized, Humble. Experience in a small business. Qualified candidates must have excellent analytical, organizational, with reasoning skills.
