Our shop runs at high volume, and we’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor who can keep up, sell ethically, and deliver AMAZING customer service and customer experiences.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage a high-volume service drive efficiently and professionally.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and technicians.
- Accurately document vehicle concerns and recommended repairs.
- Present estimates and close approved work confidently.
- Maintain workflow and maximize shop productivity.
- Upsell preventative maintenance ethically.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- Strong automotive repair knowledge
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
