A company is looking for a Data Engineer to manage large-scale genomic, ecological, and geospatial datasets.

Key Responsibilities

Engineer data delivery and modeling using SQL and Python to transform raw datasets into clean models

Lead the implementation of internal data applications to provide visibility into carbon and biodiversity metrics

Architect geospatial workflows to manage complex data and support mapping solutions for field teams

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role

Advanced proficiency in SQL for structuring and utilizing complex datasets

Experience navigating cloud environments (AWS / GCP) and managing resources

Proficient in Python for data manipulation and automation

Familiarity with geospatial data management tools and concepts is a plus
