Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement People strategies that support business goals
Oversee development and retention strategies for the GTM and Underwriting departments
Lead performance evaluation processes to enhance employee performance and career growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related business field
5+ years of experience as an HRBP, with 3+ years of direct GTM support
Experience with high-volume workforces in sales, underwriting, or customer support environments
Strong understanding of US and Canadian labor laws and regulations
Experience working with a global workforce of 400-500 employees
