Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain exceptional client relationships to drive revenue growth and retention
Lead and mentor a team, promoting client retention and guiding them in managing large-scale projects
Identify growth opportunities for clients using a consultative approach and analytical skills
Required Qualifications
9+ years of experience in a senior client services role with success in managing executive-level relationships
4+ years of experience leading teams and developing talent
Strong background in the IT or technology services industry
Extensive experience in client services with a consultative mindset
Must be located in the US
