Were expanding our support team to include a Project Manager who will contribute to our mission of ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest. This role is crucial in driving project execution enhancing operations and ensuring customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager to join our organization and lead complex projects across various departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership strategic thinking excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

As a Project Manager you will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders clients and team members translating business needs into actionable project plans. You will oversee project phases from initiation planning execution monitoring to closure ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Initiation :

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.

• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines resource allocation and budgets.
• Establish project governance frameworks and communication strategies.

Execution & Monitoring :

Assemble and lead project teams assign tasks and set clear expectations.

Stakeholder Management :

Maintain open and transparent communication with clients team members and executive management.

Risk & Issue Management :

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Quality & Compliance :

Ensure project deliverables meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Project Closure :

Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned.
