Provide PMO and Project Management support, serving as the primary liaison to Sonu and AST project teams. This role involves overseeing multiple project workstreams and collaborating closely with project managers, account managers, and delivery leadership to ensure successful execution of client engagements.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate multiple project teams, ensuring alignment with overall business and delivery objectives.
• Define project scope, objectives, and priorities in collaboration with executive and delivery leadership.
• Direct the development, integration, and delivery of project milestones and key deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and staffing requirements to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
• Provide leadership and strategic insight in structuring and managing large-scale client engagementstypically multi-year contracts involving multiple subcontractors and complex project phases.
• Promote collaboration, transparency, and accountability across cross-functional teams.
