Overview
Adjunct is responsible for instruction, course preparation, developing instructional materials, grading and assessment, and professional responsibilities as a member of the instructional team of NY LINKS.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning
- Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and tests that are in accordance with established procedures.
- Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
- Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
Qualifications
Education/ Experience
- Master's degree required
- Master of Arts preferred
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills Touro University emphasizes excellent teaching in a student-focused undergraduate environment
- Ability to employ technology such as Zoom
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook

USD $2,750.00/Sem
