• EPIC charting experience.

Description :

The Physical Therapist will work Monday to Friday during the day with occasional weekend and holiday coverage.

This position requires experience in an acute care setting.

First-time applicants are accepted.

Additional qualifications include the ability to perform assessments and develop plan of care for adults and geriatrics.

The therapist will work with a variety of patient diagnoses during their shifts.

Skills required include patient family education, rehabilitation techniques, and safety protocols.

The role involves daily patient interactions, treatment planning, and progression evaluations.

It is essential to confidently utilize adaptive devices and treatment equipment.

The therapist will take part in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment updates.

Documentation and record-keeping in the electronic health record system are mandatory.
