About the Role :

The Buca Celebration Order Taker / To-Go position is essential for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and their orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This role involves taking customer orders over the phone and in-person, ensuring that all details are captured correctly to provide a seamless dining experience. The Order Taker will also be responsible for managing the to-go order process, coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals. Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role.
